For Shayona Store, I built production workflows on self-hosted n8n for product documents, missing catalog images, and barcode extraction into Google Sheets.

How the work fit the operation

Shayona is a real saree and ethnic-wear retailer. The workflow set supported live catalog operations rather than a demo: automating document creation, surfacing missing product imagery, and moving barcode data into a sheet the team could use.

I connected Drive, image-generation steps, and Google Sheets, with retry handling for transient integration failures. Customer workflow exports and connected account identifiers stay private; the live storefront is public.

I’m Deep Bhavsar, an AI automation engineer based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat , India. I like getting inside a problem, understanding the systems and people around it, and making software fit the way work actually happens.

My work includes real forward-deployed delivery: close to customer context, building fast prototypes, integrating the systems people already use, and staying accountable through launch and handoff.

The best solutions I’ve worked on aren’t the ones with the most moving parts. They’re the ones that give someone time back and keep making sense a month later.
